ASROCK X470 Master SLI/AC Bios wont work

I've built my first PC and the first boots I've done had my bios working and then it shut off and shows a black screen and flickers until the third time. The third time the screen flickers shows the windows 10 login screen. I've been trying to use the recovery way and downloading the bios on a flash drive. My uncle gave me a gtx 750 for my system so I was going to use that graphics card instead of using intergraded graphics.
