Asrock X470 master sli/ac - terrible for OC?

Got R 2600X, and Asrock X470 master sli/ac.
Heard you can OC on this mb just fine.
Only able to get to 4.0 and its not as stable as I want it to be.
I see videos for other asrock mb boards. (I know they will not all be the same) informing to bump up the LLC, and the SOC, but the settings are not as clear.
But the voltages list goes:
VTT_DDR, 2.50V_PROM v, +1.8 v, VDDP, 1.05V_PROM v, VPPM,
I am not familiar with this new MB or these voltages to confirm if or what I am tweeking.

I would ask you to work with Ryzen Master if you'e not familiar with the BIOS settings for an overclock. In fact, if you don't know what you're doing, it's not a good idea to do it. The settings on your board will also vary since the power on the board is quite erratic.

One more thing, what rams are you using?

yes I am using the xmp 2.0 profile for my ram.
I will need to check youtube for a couple tutorials on ryzen master then give it a try.
I find my new setup will freeze randomly. Usually when playing overwatch. THe screen freezes with 180 fps 70c gpu. i cant check my cpu temp, but nothing there is out of the norm. My monitor is really a tv (westinghouse 40) so the refresh rate is 60. Would this cause a freeze going up to 200 fps?
