Question AsRock X470 Taichi | How to deal with BIOS? Need help with RAM

Well, mobo looks good, but settings make me drown in it.
It needs time to understand all of it, but right now could somebody tells me how to deal with RAM? Some kind of simple solution to apply.
I have this memory: https://www.gskill.com/en/product/f4-3200c14d-16gtzrx
But it works on a very low frequency. How can I force it to work properly on their normal 3200 Mhz?

Enable A-XMP.
If that doesn't work, then you have to set ram parameters manually.
Valid settings can be found in spd table. Use CPU-Z to view it.
Post screenshots from CPU-Z memory and spd tabs.

I tried to find A-XMP, but didn't find them here. On the previous mobo (MSI X470 Carbon) it was far easier.

In BIOS - OC Tweaker - Load XMP Setting
or enter Dram Timing configuration manually (from spd table XMP-3200 column).

Note - 3200mhz mode requires increased dram voltage.

Strange thing. I'm choosing Load XMP, it looks like it loaded and saved, but nothing changed - still 2132Mhz.
