Question asrock x570 pro4 can't boot windows

Suddenly after Asrock Splash Screen nothing happens (black screen). I can enter bios etc.

I was trying clear CMOS, change ram, swap gpu - but nothing help, still black screen after AsRock splash screen.

Is that a new build?
Could you post the rest of the system components.

Is quite new but, everything was fine.
I was playing BFV and suddenly I get blue screen. After this I can't boot windows. I was trying update bios but still same.
