Can I put Ryzen 7 1800x in ASRock X570 Taichi I want to buy this board because I will be upgrading my CPU in the future.

Unfortunately, no.

Although the sockets are the same, no X570 motherboards are compatible with 1st generation ryzen cpus.

You may however update the bios on your current motherboaed to make it work with 1st 2nd and 3rd generation cpus.

Yes I have old a320m dgs and I can't overclock my CPU do you have any suggestions on which board should I get for ryzen 7 1800x and future CPUs?

X470 motherboards will support your cpu natively and then support 3rd generation cpus with a bios update.
