Question Asrock x570m post "codes"

So I've got myself an asrock x570m with a 3700x and a 2060s hooked up to it now and after some messing about in bios and resetting to default I try booting the computer and it gets through the cpu & dram lights then goes to boot light and stays on with no vga light showing. Any suggestion and questions.

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
so you are running sli?

Sorry, delete thread, was able to post machine after removing power and cmos battery again. Didn't take cmos battery out for long enough apparently the first time. Thought I bricked it.
