I am trying to bench test x670E Steel Legend, cpu (7950x), one stick of memory (in B2 position) and power supply. I have not installed CPU Fan yet. Looking at this video from Asrock explaining their Post Status Checker, the lights do eventually turn off (successfully booting according to the video). The problem is that I don't get any video either from onboard or pcie video card. Any ideas? I was thinking maybe it was because do not have the CPU fan installed yet.

CPU fan would certainly help. I know Ryzen systems take a long time on first boot or config changes, so the CPU might be getting pretty warm anyway.

Either way, no CPU fan might prevent a boot until you get into the BIOS and disable that (if you wanted to, you shouldn't)

This was indeed the cause. Once I attached the cpu cooler it booted up. Thanks so much.
