ASrock X99 Extreme4 Lan/Video problems

So I finally fixed my Mobo though I now have some problems with the software side. My internet speed is slow when I download stuff or upload stuff. I installed the LAN drivers through the CD and didn't read before hand about it killing your speed to dial up levels when you install xlan or something like that. I uninstalled it and updated the drivers through the asrock websites but speeds are still the same and sometimes when I download stuff it hangs around for a couple of seconds.

Also I keep on having intermittent black screens every couple of minutes they last for a couple of seconds but they are annoying and I did install the latest drivers for the GPU which is a Nvidia 970 from the website. Plus just now as I type my keyboard becomes unresponsive and stops working even though it worked fine before and in seems also intermittent. Any help please on resolving these issues?

Are these issues common in all asrock boards because I am thinking they are built like pieces of poop which makes this the worst christmas/birthday gift I ever received (I was born on christmas).

Sorry posted it before forgot to its 3 am over here. Its a intel i7 5820k, Nvidia gtx 970, with 1 tb seagate hard drive, 8 gb crucial ram 2133 mhz, powered by an evga 850 watt power supply with a bd drive, and a dvd/burner. Discovered it stalls on other applications like games too and keyboard stalling getting worse making it hard to type quickly.
