ASRock X99 OC Formula/3.1 LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 hardware compatibility

Hello, could somebody please help me, I would like to know if the ASRock X99 OC Formula/3.1 LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 is compatible with the Crucial Memory CT16G4RFD4213 16GB DDR4 X4 2133 ECC Registered 1.2V.
I'm going to be buying the Intel Xeon E5-1650 v3 Haswell-EP 3.5GHz (BX80644E51650V3) and for a graphics card I will be using the SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon R9 390 100382NTOC-2L 8GB 512-Bit.
Would there be any problem (compatibility and the likes) between each component?

Well, I tried and apparently they are not compatible. I found their compatibility list ( http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/X99%20OC%20Formula3.1/?cat=Memory ) and it's not there. However I do not understand how can they advertise the mainboard as supporting up to 128GB RAM and then when you see the maximum capacity of a memory listed in the compatibility list is only 8GB. So how are we supposed to reach the 128GB capacity when the mobo only has 8 ports? I tried contacting asrock but they haven't reply at all so its like they don't care?

I agree with you, but they base the max amount of DRAM based on the mobos chipset specs, when testing, they simply use whatever they have available
