Question asrock x99e itx + xeon e5 2690 v3 current limit throttling

Hi. I have the above configuration and Im running into issue where I checked intel XTU, it is constantly showing current limit throttling even while idling.

That's a bit odd, is it the limitation from the itx motherboard, if so is there a way in the bios to remove such limitation?

Are you on the latest BIOS? Given this is a mitx board, are you working inside an itx chassis with limited airflow? What temps are you seeing?

The temps are fine, idling around high 30's to low 40's degress. its an itx board, and I haven't put it into any case for now.
Shouldn't be thermal related.
