AsRock Z170 Etreme 4 shows 00 error code

In Cabinate: when powered up Dr. Debugger shows 00 error code, CPU fan keeps on spinning, chasis fans keep on spinning, and nothing happens, just the 00 erro code

On Test Bench: when power button on MOBO is pressed, the cpu and chasis fan power up for a fraction of secong. Dr, debugger shous 00 error code for and instance and tets unit shuts down.



How to know if the CPU is faulty or the mobo????

I removed the cpu from socket and saw that some contact points on cpu are more dark compared to others. not sure is the contact points are burnt or what

8 pin cpu power cable was connected properly

i cleared the cmos

the the error code changed to after 1 day.

i referred to the motherboard's manual and came to know that error code 55 could be because of processoror ram

now its has been more then a week since i have given to some local repair shop, i was told by the service center owner that he will re install the bios, as the current bos is not working
