Asrock z170 extreme6 boots twice

Hi All,

I got a wierd Problem. When I hit the power button on my PC it starts shortly. All the leds go on for half a second. After that the PC waits 4 seconds and then starts normaly. It seems to work fine. But this boot behaviour worries me.

Theese are my parts:
Asrock z170 extreme6
G.Skill 16GB: F4-3600C17D-16GVK
Intel i7-6700k

What PSU and GPU? Make sure you have lateest BIOS and mobo drivers. Might try raising DRAM voltage + 0.05. Might be a weak PSU

I use a Be Quiet L7-530W PSU and a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 Xtreme Gaming, 4GB GDDR5 GPU.

1 more curious thing: When i turn off XMP the motherboard only recognizes DDR4-2133 instead of DDR4-3600.

Mhm. Good point. GPU and CPU Peak togehter are at 413W. I'll try it witha different PSU.
Do you think that would explain my Double Start Problem ?

Could be, not getting full amount needed initially, then when some power there getting a little 'extra'
