Asrock Z170 Pro4/D3 vs Asus Pro Gaming H170

I've got 2 different motherboards that I am looking at and am wondering which one is the best, considering they are in the same price range.

Thanks, I have the i5-6500 and R9 390X, not looking to upgrade on my current cpu. The features of the H170 sound better than the Asrock one except for the ability to overclock. What is best?
