ASRock Z270 Killer SLI/AC Chipset Flashing Red

I have looked on other threads but i just cant seem to get my motherboard to work. The power button doesn't work. I have tested RAM slots A1 and B1 and also A2 and B2. I have tried taking out the battery and putting it back in 6 times. I have tried without the graphics card yet nothing seems to work. Red led under chipset, no power button response, IO not working.

Start by checking that every cable are connected including all power connectors and front panel connectors.
Try talking everything out of your case and turning on the system with everything on the table. (It might be a short causing this)
