ASRock Z370 Extreme 4 and Phanteks Evolv X RGB compatible?

I am currently on track to purchase the Evolv X case when I noticed that it comes with a D-RGB 3 pin header while my Z370 Extreme 4 only contains a 4 pin header. Are these 2 compatible or does it mean I will not be able to utilise the RGB aspect of the case?

As far as I know Asrock don't offer compatibility with Phanteks led products. You might be out of luck but I hope I am wrong.
