Hi all,
I am getting 10MB speeds on my new motherboard which is connected to my router via LAN cable. My motherboard uses the Intel i219-V network adaptor.
I was getting around 50MB speeds before that on my older motherboard.
I disabled the LAN connection and tested my mobile phone via tethered connection (wifi) to my router and I was getting around 40MB speeds so it definitely doesn't seem to be a spyware/firewall issue on my PC.
I have tried re-installing a combination of the latest drivers via intel site and ASRock site. Updated my bios, and also disabled the power saving modes in device manger and some of the other options.
If the onboard LAN on my motherboard was faulty then surely it wouldn't work at all?
My download speeds seem capped at 1.8MB/sec only on this new motherboard.
