ASRock Z370 Extreme4 - where is primary display option in BIOS?

Hey all. I recently bought a z370 extreme4, 8600k, 16gb ram, and an aftermarket cooler for my RX 480. The RX 480 doesn't even get remotely warm and I get no video output when I try to run it. From what I know, the two possibilities here are that it's dead from errors installing that cooler, or my primary display adapter is set to integrated graphics only. I want to go check that setting out, but I can't find it anywhere in the bios (I was told it should be under northbridge/southbridge, but I can't even find THAT tab either)

Yes, it's firmly seated in the top PCI-E slot and yes, I have a 6+2 pin VGA cable firmly plugged into the slot on the card. If this still doesn't work, I'll throw it on my old motherboard to verify that the slot isn't dead on the new one. If it doesn't work there, I think it's safe to say it's dead.

Thanks for your help.

Close enough, Advanced mode > Advanced > Chipset Configuration > Primary Display

Looks like it's already set to PCI-Express, and icing on the cake, my old GTX 460 works just fine in there, so I think my RX 480 is borked. Thanks for your help. Time to look at some good cards in the same performance range with good heatsinks already installed.
