Question Asrock z370 extreme4

Got windows on a 970 evo nvme. Takes about 20 secs from when I press power until it post the asrock loading logo. Wonder if it's the mobo or nvme. Also boot order is boot manager then nvme. Wont work is flipped, doesnt boot

I have a Samsung 960 NVME and it takes about 8 seconds to get into windows on that same board.

That's about the time I expected 6 to 10 secs not half a minute. For that I could have gotten a sata ssd.
