If you are a hard core overclocker, the Asrock board may overclock a little easier. But if there is a significant price difference between the two, I would go with whichever is cheaper. There is not a big difference between those two boards as far as features go.

Both boards are basically the same thing. I know you are asking about only two but it is worth it to look at the Asus prime z370-a. I can personally vouch for the quality of their motherboards. It also has all the things plus more than both your boards have.

This is true. I would say all depends if you want to overclock.
