ASRock: Z370 Gaming-ITX/AC vs Z370M-ITX/AC

I’m planning to upgrade my current ITX rig by getting the i5 8600k and found on Newegg two combo deals with ASRock Z370 motherboards. One is the Fatal1ty Z370 and the other is the Z370M-ITX/ac, both seem identical except for the number and type of ports and a $40 price difference. Is there any real difference between performance or will it be better to purchase the cheaper board? I do plan to overclock my CPU in the future as well.
