Hello, I have recently put together a new computer with the following specifications:
Motherboard: ASRock Z370 Gaming K6
GPU: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1070 Ti
CPU: i7 8700K
HSF: NH-U12S
PSU: Seasonic S12ll Series 620 ATX12V 80 PLUS Bronze
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX DDR4 8 GB: 2x4 GB
SSD: Crucial MX500 500GB
After starting up, the fans turn on and all the lights flare up, the connected screen reacts and shows a black screen for a few moments before showing a 'No Signal', which repeats again every few seconds.
There is no sound or beeping and the Dr. Debug error code is unintelligible, it shows an inverted six and an eight. There is no further progress and it remains stuck there.

I have followed the entire troubleshooting list here and made no progress.
