Asrock z370 killer sli/ac rear USB question

Kind of a simple question but i can't seem to find an answer from google. So on the rear IO the mobo has 5 3.1 USB gen1 type A's and 1 type-c, however the TA above the TC is a lighter blue than the rest. Does this mean anything? I thought I've heard something about a low latency port on asrock boards from a tek syndicate video but i just couldn't find anything on it. I'm just curious because it's the port I use my mouse in.

Okay cool, makes sense. The manual was just confusing me, just a typo from asrock i suppose. Thanks for the info.
