Asrock Z390 Extreme 4 & i9-9900K Overclocking

Hello,
does anyone have experience with this topic? I tried as lot of settings but could not get a stable system. I even don't know how to let the cpu consume more than 150 W. There seems to be a magic border...
Cooling is not an issue because of water cooling.

My pals 9900k runs @ 5GHz at 1.275V. Just try to increase voltage a little bit and frequency. Increase frequency on the voltage until it crashes in test and then increase voltage

CPU-Voltage: I started at 1.3 and increased until 1.38. Because I read about good values around 1.35.

My question specifically relates to the bunch of UEFI-Setting in the OC Tweaker Section:

- Where did you set the 5 Ghz? There are more than place to set frequencies/multipliers.
- Are there any other important changes to be done?

And there is still the 150 Watt border: the cpu throttles down when reaching 150 Watt.

I started about a week ago searching for UEFI settings and found some information from Gigabyte and msi but the Asrock UEFI uses different names/settings.
