To change the colors and effects (breathing, static, etc) do I need to download the Polychrome driver I see on the manufacturer's page? Also, are these changes made in the BIOS or is this Polychrome driver some sort of Windows program?

Default right now after building my PC is a teal color on the board with a breathing effect.

Solution
Yes, the Polychrome Software is what you need to use to control ASRocks RGB settings - there is no one standard currently for RGB control, so you're bound by the board vendors own software.

If I have to screw around in the BIOS to change lighting and effects I rather not.. it's not that big of a deal to me. I'd rather just turn the breathing off and change it to blue to match the RTX 2070 name light.
