Question ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 6 - USB ports not working on Corsair Crystal 570X RGB I/O Panel

Hi all, hoping you could help me.

I've paired an ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 6 Motherboard with a Corsair Crystal 570X RGB Case. The case has 2 x USB 3.0 ports on the top panel, and includes a 19-pin cable to plug into the USB 3.1 Gen1 header on the motherboard to enable these. Problem is, the USB ports don't work when I plug anything into them. I've installed all the driver's on ASRock's website, including the Intel INF package, but nothing seems to work. I've also enabled all USB ports in the BIOS. Is there something I'm missing here? Pictures below:

It could be a cable issue (case), or a controller one (motherboard). If needing those ports, you can install a PCIe USB card. Or, try different case, if available.

Nevermind, I tried the other header on the motherboard and it worked. Thanks anyway!
