Question ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming X Build and Intermittent PSC Light

Problem:
After powering on and POST clears, occasionally I will see the top PSC (Post Status Checker) red LED come on and stay on. The system is functioning normally, OS boots and there are no perceivable issues with the system such as freezing or other instability. The red LED will stay on until a reboot clears it again. Anyone have an ASRock board and see anything similar with an intermittent PSC light coming on even though the system is operating normally? I'm assuming the top LED for the PSC on this board is for the CPU - I can't seem to find any documentation that labels the lights though so if anyone can point me to that documentation, that would also be appreciated.

Quick update - didn't realize the lights were labeled on the board itself, although pretty tiny. Top light is actually RAM, then CPU, VGA and Boot Drive in that order. And it appears the RAM light comes on after coming out of sleep mode which this past time was not successful - that is, 2 of my displays were not re-activated from coming out of sleep mode and the 3rd display just had a blank screen. I'm just going to re-seat the RAM and watch it.
