[SOLVED] Asrock Z390 vs Msi Z390

I'm looking for a new z390 motherboard as I'm using i9 9900k (I have already got it). My choice should be either Asrock Z390 Phantom Gaming 9 or Msi Z390 Ace. My major requirement is the computer can be operated steadily as my computer is mainly for works. I used Asrock for AMD in 2010 but it was not stable and always restart. Thus, I would like to have your opinion and suggestion to help me to choose the motherboard.

My configuation is：
Ram： G Skill 2x16Gb (forgot the series)
PSU：Cosair HX1000
Case：Factal Define R6
Heat Sink：NH15S

The Z390 Phantom gaming 9 is the top tier model which I've actually heard good things about them. Obviously every company has their good and bad models, but seems that asrock is doing a good job these last few years,
