Question ASRock Z390M Pro4 garbage vrm heatsink

Well guys I messed up and jumped on a quick deal with Newegg for a 9700k ASRock Z390M pro 4 motherboard combo without doing any research. I knew the board was low end and is only meant to hold me over a few months until I buy a high end board but I had no idea the VRM heatsink was so terrible. I really need to do sum overclocking and was needing a little help picking out a sufficient custom vrm heatsink that will fit the board and keep the mosfets cool enough. I would like to go ahead and order the supply’s needed but am about 7hrs away from my pc so can’t do any measurements. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have been googling all morning trying to find a solution but this really isn’t my area of expertise lol. Thanx in advance and sorry for the long winded post

Airflow. If you have decent airflow over the VRMs you will be fine.
