Hello guys,

I just got this rack up and run. But the thing is my MB doesn't detect the new Corsair NVMe MP600 I just installed on M2_1 slot, I checked the supported list from Asrock and this MP600 is on the list. Bios is up to date version 1.50, any help please?

Regards,

I couldn't find anywhere in Bios to enable it? I tried to look that up in Chipset Configuration but there's nothing much about enable or disable. I guess the MB is in auto?
Try the m.2 card in the second slot see if it registers if it does then you may have a faulty m.2 port if not refund the card and order a new one dont waste a rma on a brand new product. It's doa make the sender... Send a new.....

Will it work backward like that since this is the M2 is gen 4 and the other is gen3?

Yes it should work in the gen 3 slot
I did and it's detected. What I notice is that since I use the Intel 10th gen 10700k, I'm not sure if it supports the NVMe gen 4 or, this MB designs M2 gen 4 slot for Intel 11th gen in the future? Because in the manual it says support for future Intel processor.
