Question ASRock Z690 Extreme with 3 NVMes?

Hi all,
I'm using Asrock z690 Exterme and the question is - can I put a third NVMe in the slot that is linked to the CPU. Will the GPU drop from x16 to x8 ?
All my other NVMe slots are full.
The PC specs are:
12900K
Asrock z690 Extreme
32GB DDR4
Asus 3070Ti
