Question ASRock Z690, i7-12700 issues...

ASRock Z690 PG Riptide with i7-12700k CPU.
Bios 4.02 not working, 3.02 sorta works.Are there any working SATA drivers for Windows 10 or 11 installation?

WIth 3.02 bios, I can't use SATA drives. No drivers are accepted.
Linux can't see sata drives. Can boot to live Linux image, but can't use hard drives.

With 4.02 bios, Booting to bios setup take minimum of 60 seconds to 5 minutes.
Booting to WIndows installer screen from any flash drive takes 20 minutes, then fails with either a blouescreen with a warning about pnp error, then a sudden reboot, or just a black screen and a reboot.

Linux installes fail similarly.

This happens with no drives connected or with a satra drive connected.

Can't install anything under 3.02.
Can't install anything under 4.02.
