Asrock Z77 Extreme 11 eror code 99

I have a motherboard Asrock Z77 Extreme 11, I7 3770K CPU, and graphics card EVGA GTX 680, sometimes when I want to start or restart always appear error code 98 or 99, after I did a hard reset and then I can start the computer, is there any input for me to solve this problem?

It might be a USB or SATA device issue. Using SSDs? Disconnect all USB devices but keyboard and mouse and see if still the same.

yes I use a 240 gb ssd sandisk extreme

I see that the board has a PCIe SAS/SATA controller. Is it installed?
And if yes, is the SSD connected to it or to one of the Intel SATA ports?

I've tried disconnected all usb devices but the problem is still the same, I conect ssd to SATA ports, I do not use the LSI SAS

Can you install Windows on a HDD and disconnect the SSD just for testing?

Try updating the BIOS if a new version available.
Or RMA the board.

actually the problem is just simple, I use a wireless keyboard and mouse and I connect to USB 3, after I moved to USB 2 everything went smoothly with no problems. Perhaps there are friends who has the same problem, hopefully can be useful
