Question AsRock Z77 - only recognizes 2 memory slots at a time...

Hello friends, I have an AsRock Z77 Pro4 that only reads the memories installed in 2 slots, any of them ... but only 2 .. if I install modules in other slots, it disables one of the modules .. be dual or single channel .. but another is that the integrated video processor is not working either. Only accept vga pci-e .. eventually had to undo 2 pins from the socket, maybe it caused some short? Thankful...

TWO damaged Pins in the CPU socket? Most likely causing the issue.

ohw, yes ... even after I undo them as in the online tutorials etc ...? Did it cause permanent damage? Thankful..
