Asrock z77 Pro 3

Hello,
i bought
intel core i5 3570K
asus gtx 660
8 gb corsair vengence 1600Mhz Ram
i am planning on using Corsair CX600V2, can it handle?
i am low on budget so i would like to buy Asrock z77 pro3 instead of Extreme 4. i have no plans for overclokcing right now, maybe ill overclock when the processor reaches its death, hehe. so can pro3 handle and give me good performance like extreme 4 without overclocking?
