Question Asrock z790PG Lightning Problems, crashes and driver issues

So, this is going to be a long one, but i'll try to keep it as short as possible.

I bought an upgrade for my system, a Asrock z790 PG Lightning, i9-13900k and 32gbs Kingston Fury 5600mhz ddr5.

At first it seemed okay, i had some small XMP issues, but nothing crazy.
Then it went downhill, and started making these things:
Hardware BSOD's
Nvidia GPU Driver Crashes- nvwgf2umx.dll+84b279
Failed Nvidia installations - 7-zip CRC Error
Just plain failed Nvidia installation
Discord keep crashing
Chrome keep crashing
Tried to format, but couldn't install Windows on my hardware.

I then startede testing parts in other machines, my SSD's & GPU works fine in other machines.
I tried installing other ram in the machine, no luck as well.

So i had the MOBO replaced with a brand new one, and the same issues continue.
No BSOD this time, but it keeps crashing my GPU Driver when playing Fivem for example
Nvidia driver install won't work, making CRC Error og just plain crashing
My discord and chrome is crashing at random also still
I triede EVERYTHING on the internet, giving my GPU more power, switching to Gen4 PCIE, turning of HAGS, turning off XMP, nothing works.

I'm at the point where i consider buying another brand of motherboard and test to see if it helps.

And a last thing, i tried to run MEMTEST86 but it won't boot, just a black screen.


Sorry if it's a mess, but i'm super frustrated, been searching for errors in a week almost.

What did you upgrade from?

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
including the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Did you recycle the drive that had the OS on it from your older platform, sans an OS reinstall?
