asrock z87 extreme 4 - can't get into bios

Was trying to get the rear usb 3.0 ports to work correctly and had disable the legacy option. Did not help but now I can't get back into the bios.

Thank you. The asrock z87 extreme 4 motherboard has a button marked "reset", just push that or remove the battery?

The USB2 ports work orkay as that is where I have the wireless plugs for the thumball and keyboard. The USB3 ports work if I put a USB2 item into them.

Turns out that the issue was windows loading so fast that using the usb keyboard the f2 was not registering. Hooked up a ps2 board and got into the BIOS restoring the legacy support. Back to normal. Also it was bad drivers for the rear usb3 ports even tough I got the drivers from Asrocks web site.
