ASrock z87 extreme 4 won't boot

A little while ago, the pc I built in 2014 gave out on me. My wife was using it and said it was updating windows when it shut off in the middle. I tried turning it back on and the motherboard beeped several times and gave an error code of 4f.

After speaking to a few friends, I removed everything but cpu (i5 4670k) and the power supply. Now it powers up, powers down briefly, powers back up and beeps with the code 53. Not able to get to bios or anything.

I'm not super computer savvy if you can't tell. Anything to point me in the right directing would be appreciated.

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord, remove the CMOS battery for a minute) and then with single RAM module added, see if POST-ing.
