Asrock Z87 Pro3 Overclocking

Hey, I'm going to buy a new mother board and CPU for my cousin but I'm not sure how much you can overclock with an Asrock Z87 Pro3 with I5-4670K.

Well, I plan to use a Noctua DH14 air cooler for it. The rig is primarily for Flight Simulator X which is damn CPU intensive.

Can I hit at least 4.3 GHz with that motherboard?

If the CPU can handle it can go 4.6, it's a good mobo
