I have found these two motherboards in a local store at about the same prize: 75€.

I've read the differences between the various chipsets, so I was leaning towards the ASrock Z87M Pro4, even tough I won't be overcloking (I'm going to buy a Core i3-4330), neither I need other functions offered by the Z87 chipset over the H87 one.

That being said, the Asus H87M-E supports HDMI up to 4K, while the ASrock model just up to the 1080p resolution.
Since I'm planning (hoping) to keep this PC for the next 5+ years, I assume that by that time the 4K resolution would be the standard and it'd be as expensive as the current 1080p HDTVs.
So maybe I could still be able to use my i3-4330 (HD4600) with a 4K display, or I'm asking too much from the iGPU?

What mobo would you recommend between these 2?

Yes, you are expecting too much of an on board GPU to get 4k. I also think you MIT be a bit optimistic about how fast the mass market makes 4k mainstream.

But, if they are the same price, get the Z87 board. More expandable and more features for the future.
