Asrock Z97 Extreme4 help...

Ok guys so i want to know this.. Z97 Extreme4 has a lot of awards here and in another websites but i want to know the following i order please..

1-Trusted brand and board?

2-Will my i5 4690k work out of the box without anu bios updates?

3-Kinda bad feedback on newegg, should i trust the consumers? The problem they been having is 1 month old and not sure if its still on in new realesed asrock extreme4 mobos..

dang man, you worry so much over this just go for it like everything from any brand you take that risk of a good one or a lemon .. until you got it and use it you will never know
