Asrock Z97 Extreme4 PWM Fan Control Help

I have a Fractal Design Venturi 14-HP pwm fan plugged into the 4-pin Chassis Fan 1 connector. I can adjust the fan's speed perfectly fine, however when I use my Evercool EC-DF001 pwm fan splitter to connect my other two Venturi 14-HP fans I no longer can control their speed. Is there any way to fix this? Or are there any other fan splitters that can accomplish what I am looking to do?

I'm Davis from ASRock HQ TSD.

This model provide 3-pin and 4-pin fan header.
About 4-pin fan header, the fourth pin is fan speed control pin. http:// (see P.24 in user manual)
If you have installed 4-pin fan on 4-pin fan header, the fan speed is able to be controlled by the fourth pin.

The 3-pin fan has no fan speed control pin, we can adjust the fan speed by voltage on 3-pin connector.
If you want to adjust fan speed with 3-pin fan, please install it on 3-pin connector.

However, according to the information you posted, you want to install EC-DF001 fan splitter on 4-pin connector.
According to the splitter spec, it supports 1 4-pin connector and 4 3-pin connector.

Due to the 4-pin and 3-pin define is different, the 3-pin connector cannot adjust the fan speed indeed.
If the splitter pin define is in line with our board, it should be adjusted the fan speed on the 4-pin connector.
