Asrock z97 fatal1ty professional VS Asus maximus VII Hero

Hello folks ..
Which is the better the Asrock z97 fatal1ty professional or the Asus maximus VII Hero in term of features, overclocking and gaming experience ^_^

I'm partial to ASRock, however, I have the Z97 OC Formula. The Fatal1ty line won't have as much OC'ing potential as mine, but it's still good. Asus makes really rock solid boards and they generally from what I've seen allow for higher voltages if you want to seriously OC your stuff. Otherwise its down to which features one has over the other that you would use more.

You have more PCIe slots, sata ports and other connect-ability on the ASRock board if you need that.

Of the two, I'd go the Hero (and did ), the Z87 Hero was the best of the Z87 mobos and the Z97 is much better (both of mine in sig)....great OCer, DRAM handling, runs nice and cool and BIOS is improved
