ASRock Z97 Pro4 for mild 4790k OC

Hi folks,

I know the Pro4 isn't amazing but I'm building a home studio rig on a budget and microcenter has a bundle deal. Decent mobo for a mild overclock (probably just up to 4.4Ghz or so)? How about with a mid-range GPU like a GTX 960?

Also, will it be decent for HD video editing?

Should add that I'm scrapping the CPU cooler and adding a Scythe Kotetsu.
