Asrock z97 wont post after cpu swap

Hi guys, I encountered motherboard not posting after doing cpu swap from 4690k to 4770k.

Even I swapped the cpu back to 4690k, still will not post. Cpu fan is spinning, there is no beep sound from the speaker and no display from both gpu and onboard graphic.

Specs:
Cpu: 4690k
Motherboard: asrock z97 killer
Ram: 2 * 4gb Kingston hyper x ram 1866mhz
Gpu: Zotac gtx 1070 amp extreme
Psu: seasonic x series km660

Any help is appreciated

try clearing CMOS. pull MB battery for 5 min replace then boot

The CPU and motherboard components are sensitive to damage from static electricity. If you do not have an anti-static mat to work on, then keep the power cord plugged in (but the PSU/Power OFF!!!) while you work. This will ensure a path to ground for any static electricity you could introduce to the system. Then, before picking up any static-sensitive component, just touch the PSU. This will ensure you are grounded.
