ASRock z97m OC Formula Bios Update

Hello I'm using ASRock z97m OC Formula.

I was trying to update bios using windows installer to v2.30.

And now my PC freezes on a boot screen and nothing happens.

any suggestions?

Go back to the old BIOS? I use that motherboard myself.

Can you boot to bios?
