Heat. Thats 450w of potential power usage and associated thermal displacement, unless you go water, a bigger cooler is your only viable choice. Now whenever they actually revise the process and design youll get smaller thermal and power footprint cards and coolers, but thats a year or two away, if you can even buy them at that point.

I'm glad to see them bringing their OC Formula to their Graphics, to me this line was what got me to try their motherboards, always the best overclocking stuff you could buy.
