Assaisins Creed unity and far cry 4 frame rate

I have two R9 290X (Sapphire Tri-x and Asus DCUII). But still I am experiencing only 30-40 FPS maximum. Even if I disable crossfire the change is subtle may be 2-3 frame less. I am using 14.11.2 beta drivers. Is it because of poor optimization of the game?

And for far cry 4 I get better fps if crossfire disabled.
I play @ 1440P

Its not your pc. It's the game. I have a gtx 980 and get around 40 fps maxed out. The new update came out today (dec 9) it fixed alot of my issues hope it fixes yours.
