my ac4 is hanging a lot.... i hav a 2gb ram,nvidia ,intel i3 2.20ghz but it still hangs and ya suggest me sme apps like ccleaner...

You didn't really list your proper full system specs, but they sound a bit to low for AC.

AC is a ram hunger , you should have at-least 4GB Ram for it..and 6-8GB for modern games
