i am planning to order one of its edition excluding the standard and special. but i dont know they say it is for emea countries but i found a site which ships to india its join or die edition. Now what should i do buy it.

just buy the standard edition. the special and so on editions dont really give you anything extra... maybe an unlock here or there but you would get em anyway 1s you start playing...
if a version gives you access to all the dlc for free like mw3 SE did then yeah get that as its likely to save you at least double the extra you pay for the enhanced edition.

freedom has 2 dlcs while join or die has 1 dlc. but my question was like will these editions not run in india.

they will run as the dlc isnt region specific.
