Assassins Creed 4 Minimizing Itself

Assassins Creed Black Flag won't stop minimizing. No clue why. Closed everything except the game, and yet it still minimizes. Any suggestions that actually work? Everytime i Searched it, literally just tons of people complaining saying "Same problem" and no one actually giving an answer.

i5-7600k
R9 390
16GB ddr4 2400mhz

Ight think I found the problem
For anyone else having the problem, go into services.msc (win + r) and disable Windows Error Reporting Service.

AND; If your game minimizes itself, lower your settings under MSAA. Cutscenes don't like being good quality.
